Default what alarm system was this?

it was like 700 bucks to get and then u pay a monthly fee or something. It was like a gps thing. i dont remember, thanks tryed searching, but dont really know what to search for hah. thanks

Lo-jack, whoa there is a flash back. Several alarm man. offer sat control(actually cellular control). Others have GPS tracking modules you can add.

What ever happened to Lo-Jack? I remember back in the mid-1990s it was advertised a lot.

sounds like the viper gps system, it cost about that much and they charge by the year

does this stuff really work, i mean **** dude i dont mind paying if these people are gonna find my car before it gets stripped? i remember this one they would contact you if your car moved out of the perameter they put on it.(again iam not sure what iam talking about this is just stuff i heard from someone who had it. just dont remember the name )

yeah the viper really works good, you can log on to the website,punch in your password and it will tell you on a map exactly where your car is,direction,speed, and everything. you can also have it hooked up to where it can opperate any option you have the alarm hooked up to(remote start,trunk release,keyless entry,etc.)

i was actually looking into this system about 3-4 months ago only to find out the most expensive plan only allows you 30 uses per year max with checking on the location of your vehicle online

lojack u pay a fee 1 time and they track it for the cars life, i have lojack, but i don't relie on it, cost me 900 installed at the dealership

i mean **** ur car gets jacked when ur in a movie how are u gonna know, and it gets stripped with in 2-3 hours. isnt there a system where they inform you that your car was stolen?

intersted in viper gps.... does anyone have this system has anyone installed this personally, can anyone e-mail me the wiring diagram... currently i have the 550 w/remotestart wondering if there is a viper gps is comparable to this..thanks in advance
