Default neuspeed sports vs. ctr springs

I have a 96EK with neuspeed greens and koni yellows. The greens are too soft for me, just a few days ago my friend was able to acquire a set of stock Civic Type R springs and shocks, he's going to use the shocks but not the springs. So I was wondering are the stock CTR springs stiffer than the Neuspeed Sports? And also, how much drop will the CTR springs give me? Thanks!

The spring perch on my Konis are set higher than stock, the neuspeed sports are supposed to give a good ride, but somehow with my car the ride isn't that good, it's very very very wavy on uneven roads. I've tried fiddling with the settings on the Koni but to no avail, since the neuspeeds are progressive and the spring perch on my koni is set higher than stock, then would there be some sort of a problem thereby worsening the ride quality?

look up pics of a stock CTR. theyre not that low at all. u'll probably be dissapointed. i dont even get why people bother buying springs, they are never 100% satisfied. coils are really the way to go, plus u can get whatever rates u want.
