Does anyone know of a performance parts company that makes these?

The only one I've seen is the Pure Racing bar but it is virtually impossible to find used.

 

i actually have a harness bar for my car. there is a shop in redmond, washington called speedware. go to speedware.com and ask them about the harness bar. it is well made and i think im the only one here with the bar for my car. it is made with a high quality finish and it loosens the chasis...i can take turns a lot harder. if you want it you should get it quick cause they tell me they are going to sell the rights of the harness bar to sparco...and supposedly once sparco gets their hands on it...they are going to tax it for more.

 

It's funny you should mention speedware since supposedly pure racing either had them design it or manufacture the bar for them.

Does speedware have the prelude b-pillar harness bar in stock or is it custom made by order?

BTW, what was the price?

 

when i got the harness bar speedware did have them in stock...but they tell me that what they have is all they gonna have from what they made. they are selling the rights to sparco and they will be distributing the bar and taxing it. they had it already made and wont be making anymore...sparco will now be making it. when i got the bar it was $425.

How long ago did you purchase it from speedware? I'm guessing $425 is in USF. Damn, that ain't cheap.
