I JUST TOOK MY TINT OFF MY ACCORD...BUT THERE IS A GLUE RESIDUE LEFT ON THE WINDOWS...I USED GOOGONE BUT IT DIDNT WORK WELL..IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE OUT THERE...MY FRIEND TOLD ME TO USE BRAKE FLUID BUT IM NOT SURE IF HE WAS JOKIN OR WHAT? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!! MY WINDOWS STICK WHEN I TRY TO ROLL THEM DOWN!!!

 

You sure you have all of the tint off, and not just the top layer? The adhesive should be really easy to remove. It comes off with goo gone, WD40, engine degreaser, brake fluid, chemtool....

To ACTUALLY remove the tint, you need to use a heat gun. I bought one for $30 and used it to heat up the back side of the glass to the point that I could get the bottom layer of the tint to peel off the glass in sections.

Actually, I know a tinting shop where they remove it for 20 bucks.
Too bad you're not in South Cali. =T

Try finding a tinting shop that will remove them professionally. I don't think it will cost THAT much.

 

yeah all the windows are really clear...there isnt any tint left on there....i didnt have a chance to try all those other products today..maybe tomm...would a hair dryer work the same??
