93-97 Blocks use 50mm main bearings,
98-01 Blocks use 55mm mains.
SOME 98 blocks supposedly have the 50mm mains.

Actually, guys. There is a difference. Do a search on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and you will see. It just doesn't have the spec. on each block.

THANK YOU!!! This is what I was looking for.

Now i have one more question. What is the difference between the 92-97 H22 crank and the 98-2001 crank?? Is it, too, larger in diameter??

Thank you all for your help.

yeah the 92-97 have 50mm mains, and the 92-96 is closed deck, the 97 is open deck, and the 98+ have beefer mains and have a 55mm bore, and the are open deck as well. the 92-97 cranks just have like 49.xx mm crank journals, and the 98+ have 54.xx mm crank journals.
