I got sick of the white grills on my front bumper so I decided to paint them semi-gloss black...what do you guys think?...I like it!

before: white grills and chrome "H"


after: black grills and black "H"


it is only temporary till I get a new bumper and I know the gouges in the lower part of the bumper are nasty but oh well...painted the wiper arms black as well but I didnt take a pic...

 

so wheres the creative part?

certain years had the outside grills color matched

what paint did u use for the wiper arms dude? grill looks good, color matched grills just look cheap IMO, like a paint booth fuckup.

yeah for some reason the bumper got painted by the previous owner and the grills got painted as well...in 1992 the civics had black grills...I believe 1994 is one of the only years where they had the outside grills body color but I might be wrong...anyways I painted the wiper arms with the same semi-gloss paint as the grills...like I said it is just temporary, but I am very pleased with the results!
