What brand of oil do you use when you change your oil?
What type of motor oil is the best to use for my EG? What do you recommend? What type of filter do you recommend? Should I get a Fram or an OEM filter? Where can I get a box of ten OEM filters at again? Thanks.
Depends on alot of things..this have been covered before so next time before posting search.
I always use OEM filters and run 5w-30 valvoline maxlife.
Depends on what you run winter/summer.

Man there is no definite answer. I use Purolator Pure One filter cause I have yet to see a site that disliked them. As for oil there is definitely not one brand to choose. I use Valvoline VR-1 20w50.
i always use Mobil 1 depending on the weather and what not sometimes 15w50 Performance Driving Formula, and the Fram X2 filter, and usually with every oil change i put in the Complete Fuel System Cleaner from STP

I just use Mobil1 Super-Syn 10W-30 and Mobil1 or K&N oil filter for my LS/VTEC.

South Honda in Morrow loves me. Closer to my apt. than any auto parts store, they give me an "insider's deal," and i know all of the parts dept employees by name..... otherwise i would go with some sort of Synthetic, the real price of Honda oil is kinda of expensive considering other options for the same amount of money

purolator pureOne filter
it doesn't really matter...</TD></TR></TABLE>
Thats what I run. I run the Mobil 1 under the recomendation of a lot of people on here and I read several places that it was what Factory Honda oil was.
And I use the Pureone filter because #1 its blue like my car and it has a valve in it that doesn't allow oil to flow back out of it so if your car sits for a while, when you start it there is still oil right there. Given its not a big deal but I thought it was a nice feature of a filter.
