i went to shannonville racing track today and it is my first time in there with my r
after the i finish and get home my brake was kinda loose !! have to step so deep to stop. shop told me after tracks i should do brake oil flash.
i just wanna know if it is true or just change brake pad ?

If your fluid was stock, you probably boiled it some, so you need to bleed them out (if you plan on doing more track days, upgrading to a higher performance brake fluid like Motul or even MotorCraft (available at ford dealers) is a good idea. You also may have glazed the stock pads, that will get better slowly over time or you can sand them, but i've never done this so I'm not sure what the best method is. Or, go buy a higher performance brake pad (again, if you plan to go back, this is a good idea).
