Default 99-00 Civic Yellow Fog Lights

Where can I get a set of JDM OEM 99-00 Civic YELLOW Fog lights???

I have seen them ONLY on HeelToe.com and they want a rediculous amount for them..

Has anyone else found them for sale???

I have the USDM OEM Fog Lights with Yellow Bulbs, but not what I was expecting...

Actually I live in Palm Harbor, outside of Tampa, most people don't know where that is, I see you are in FL as well... Do you know if I can get that Krylon Paint at a Home Depot or somewhere around town, or do I need to Order it online....

BTW, How many coats to make it as Yellow as the IS300 Fogs, thats the Yellow I am going for.

Could I just paint the Bulbs inside the fog lights??? Wouldn't that do the same thing too??

I just figured it's cheaper to replace the Bulbs than the fog lights, if I mess up.

I haven't found a bulb with sufficient yellow lighting.. All of them look like OEM yellowish white bulbs, waste of my money.
