Default October Issue of Option Magazine(ITR intensive)

Highlights 5 new Gen 4 DC5 ITR's:

Powerhouse Amuse R- CW version has exhuast system prototype already made

MPF R- blue version w/ giant radiator that at first glance looks like an intercooler, prototype exhaust , Tein c/o's, and 17in. Mugen MF10's

Spoon R- blue version also complete w/ the Spoon calipers up front, Spoon prototype exhaust, Spoon yellow spark plug cover and radiator cap, and OEM black powdercoated rims.

Spirit R- CW version has Cusco front and rear strut tower bars, roll cage, and Spirit exhuast protoype and 17 in. Volk SE-37 K's.

Top Fuel R- CW version has their prototype air induction system and exhaust, 17 in. bronze Advan RG's, and customary Top Fuel sticker scheme.

Beams ITR- now has the full Mugen bodykit , hood, and wing. 17 in. MF 10's

Lloyd~ who wonders how long it will be before the Top Fuel R is turbo'ed?

Best thing I like about the October issue is the new deep dish 5 spoke ENKEI wheels.

I don't dig the new R at all.

Looks way to high, a lot of undertones of the new Celica which looks better in my opinion.

Wassup ITyp3R,

I work for United Airlines at LAX. UAL is trimming 20,000 jobs from its total workforce. Roughly 20% and almost 300 people from my job classification alone have been asked to not come to work. Employees are being put on a sort of no pay status but not being severed or "laid off" from the company.

Employees are let go by the amount of seniority they have with the company. Those with less seniority get let go first an so on. The good news is that I have enough seniority and will not be let go! As you know right now the airline indusrty is topsy turvy right now and the future is really uncertain. Hopefully the flying
public will get it's courage back and resume traveling!

Nah, I doubt the oem rims on the new Type R is made by Work Wheels. The two (Spoon vs stock) wheels do look nearly identical though. The oem ones might be Enkeis or something...

Try a Japanese bookstore, I'm sure there are a few in Chicago.

I changed my mind; the most impressive car in the mag is the FC RX-7 with the Nissan RB26 conversion (611 hp!) on page 377.

Supersonic DC2: are you the Mario that I saw at the Apexi blowout about 3 weeks ago? I was with Yoshi, Athas, and Fais! You were at the ITR Expo, also?
