I'd want him to do a leakdown and compression test before I bought the car. Also ask him what PSI he is running on those stock internals......

turbo has been on there for the last 4 months and he only drove it for about 3 weeks, compression is 245 across the board and he is running the 7lbs of boost.

I helped put turbo on, and welded the front clip. Everything was done right, and car has not been abused.
