Default Ebay b series mounts

i think im gonan be picking up a b18a/b16 tranny for my 89 hf and im looking to do this budget style (yes im cheap, shoot me) and i seen some on ebay for $150 (yanaka perf., JTEC sports etc.) are these mounts any good at all? Please dont say just go out and buy hasports blah blah because i refuse to pay that much for mounts!

Just go out and buy HaSport mounts you cheap bastard

You knew someone had to say it. Not sure on the other, never heard of them.

depending on how much the ebay are i'd say go for it. If you are doing drag racing with lots of power and sticky tires you might want to consider mounts that you KNOW are gonna hold up like the Hasports. If you are road racing then you don't have quit as much "all at once" torque on the mounts.

I know that the hasport mount bushings are stiff as hell and turned my crx into a 2200 lb vibrator.

You might not have the TQ but
1- you can still build a motor to have that TQ and
2- The weight transfer from side to side and threshold braking can have the same effect.

you bought what?? the ebay ones? if so which ebay ones? is the motor in yet and are there any alignment/axle binding issues???

A friend of mine bought some ebay mounts for his B16 and they worked great. They've been in over a year and there have been no problems, and he drives like an *** so that's saying alot.
