Default Fuel pressure regulator (adjustable)??

Was sup people, okay I just added a gsr fuel rail to my b16 - it came with an adjustable fuel pressure reg. Forget the brand, but anyway how do you adj. I only seen one nut that can be moved - but the person I bought it from says there is another bolt to move on the bottom. I mean what kind of proformance do you see out of it. It seems to have made my car zipper but who knows.

if it's a b&m, use a set of pliers to turn thepart that the nut screws onto clockwise to up the fuel and counter clockwise to down the fuel, then screw the nut on firmly.
