Default 5 speed tranny question

I am thinking of doing 5 speed swap.. My question is Is the 5 speed for 5 gen cable or Hydrolic? Also is the clutch soft or heavy.. I drive in rush hour and would like to know

Thanks

I believe it is a cable shifter (like my 4th gen.) and the clutch is the hydrolic part. The stock clutch will be soft - If you get an aftermarket pressure plate/clutch like an ACT Extreme, etc. it will be heavier...For rush hour traffic, you'd probably be happy with either the stock pressure plate clutch or an Excedy Street set-up...I have an ACT Heavy Duty Pressure Plate with their street disc clutch & when I'm stuck in NYC traffic, it can even be a pain sometimes....
