Wait a minute, I saw that the exhaust was modified and the tires have "75%" tread left - dealer is always conservative on this kind of description.
Assuming the first 1000 miles was driven as break-in, the previous owner burnt down 25% of tread in 2,500 miles? Not that it's impossible.

true do a full inspection. the milage seems a little fishy. It's very easy to roll miles on hondas. A good way to check is scanning the ecu . OBDII is a great thing. Not unless they went as far as totaly clearing the ecu .

I had some "mountain road" Kumho's that didn't make it far either. I wouldn't worry about the tire wear, it's only natural on an R.
