problem with B16A in an 89 HF
I recently swaped a B16 into my 89 HF. I have two problems:
1) The ECU is blinking 6 (coolant temp). Any idea how to fix that? I replaced the thermostat while the engine was out of the car.
2) When I shift into reverse, the car sputters and dies even though the clutch pedal is fully depressed. Any thoughts on that one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am brand spankin new to this forum and haven't looked around too much yet, so if any of these problems have shown up in earlier threads, please tell me and I will look at them.

On your clutch problem, have you tried bleeding it? On my friends gsr swap it did the same thing you described. Bled it and fixed the problem

I imagine he has a first gen B16A which uses a cable clutch, no way to bleed those
About the coolant temp code, make sure that the sensor is plugged in, it's easy for it to come disconnected due to the style of plug. What shift linkage are you using? I've seen people with modded 90-93 Integra linkage that makes 5th and Reverse hard to get in gear properly, other than that I'm not sure what the problem could be.
