CRX DX Belt Squeel Help Needed.
When I hit 2100 RPM or when I am just starting up the car and it is idling high one of my belts squeel like crazy. I popped the hood and all the belts seem tight, maybe the alternator belt is a bit loose.
Anyways my question is how to I replace it? I have never had to do any serious engine work on my CRX so far other than oil changes and O2 sensor. Anyone have a write up on how to replace my alternator belt or a better way to find out which belt it is specifically?

Its pretty easy to replace it....You loosen the few bolts on the alt. to make it loose slide it forward slide off the belt and then slide the new one on.....The belt may be tight but your belt also might be "glazed" over, its where it gets all shiny and such which also makes them squeal.
Well I am calling my father for a loan to pick up a new belt. I cant handle the sound of it. When other cars make the sound it make me cringe and think why dont they fix that. Now I am in their boat. Thanks for the help guys.
