Shooting for 13's???? Maybe deeper?

Shooting for 13's???? Maybe deeper?
I am hoping to hit some good time slips with my setup once my clutch is broken in and better yet once my motor is all wired up.
Heres what I got thus far:
B16a (internally stock)
Y1 w/lsd
Mugen Header
AEM cam gears
Integra Type R cams
Cold Air Intake
2.5 in exhaust and no cat
Zex 75 shot n20
ACT Extreme clutch
Lightened flywheel
Apexi VAFC
LoCashRacing Pr3 MUGEN ecu
MSD Ignition
Thats the jist of it anyways. And I will be doing some dyno time in a month or so. Basically I know 13's are possible but can I go further?
