Are certain colors more 'rare' than others??

Are certain colors more 'rare' than others??
I'm in the market soon for a white '00 - '02 S2000 with the red interior. Is that a rare color? Because I'm not seeing too many of them around. I did see one in Madison, WI a while ago when i was there ( an 01 i think ) 1,150 miles, MINT condition, and they wanted 21, 500 for it... I shoulda grabbed that when i had the chance... 
So are the white ones hard to find? I really like the back too, but my hatch is black and I don' tknow if i want two black cars.
Anway, what about that dark blue color too? I saw it a few times on here. Not that light metallic blue but the dark deep blue. I'm not sure the the name on that one but it looks really nice.

yeah that's monte carlo blue. If memory serves me right, it only came on the japanese s2000s [meaning not available here] but you could just get your car painted that color or whatever. I plan on painting my crx that color just a ltitle darker cause in the sun it's just too bright/light for me.

I painted my S2000 Monte Carlo Blue, it is rare here because it never came here. One of the most rare US S2000's are White/Red(02-03) and White/Tan(03). The most popular by far is the Silverstone Metallic.

That's waht i'm shooting to find as my first choice. I also wouldn't mind a black/ red or Black/ blue interior... I just saw one of those canadian models with white (ext.)/ Blue ( int. ) that's looked soooo nice... Seems like the pricing is all over the board. from 19K to 24K from 5K miles up to 60K miles.... I'll just keep looking until I find the one for me.

I have yet to see blue s2000 seats but I'd be ALL over them if I could find them!

There were blue s2k seats on ebay recently.
White is the most rare color. Monte Carlo Blue was offered everywhere but north america. Black blue has never been offered (to the best of my knowledge, anywhere, but definitely never in the us).
White '00-01 had red/black interior. '02 had all red interior (and is therefore the most rare because it was only out for one year). '03 had black/tan interior and is also arguably rare because it was the only year white/tan came with 9k redline.
Surprisingly, I've seen a few white used s2k's recently. I bought my white '00 back in May for what I believe was a good deal.
