engine build and auto to manual
i have a 93 teg lss 
and i was wondering if someone could give me some information on the swap and which would be a better option-- building my ls motor or making a ls/vtec, i need to do one my car has over 200k and i was wanting to build the motor and swap the tranny any advice or suggestions or parts--
