Last one was on 12/7 and most pics weren't automotive. Only one worth mentioning other than that was in June and lots of cameras have been released since then.

Im looking into buying the Canon SD100, anyone use it? Its under $300 and its 3.2MP with movie mode, so it sounds like a good deal. Plus its only like 5x5 inches or so.

I don't think it's REALLY crucial on what camera you get until you learn how to use it well really..

 

So the pictures have to be automotive?

If so... then... I can't help ya out.

This is true.

I guess it doesn't HAVE to be automotive only but that's mostly what I'll be using it for.

 

i have an sd100, i tried the finepix 3800, whatever 3.2megapixel camera nikon is currently selling, and am happy with this one. heres a picture i recently took, i think it looks a bit krappy, but its mainly due to me not knowing how to use the camera yet. hope it helps some. this picture was taken in pitch black.

Canon EOS DIgital Rebel 6.3mp. I haven't even dented what this camera can do.

Was that touched up at all? See now that impresses me for some reason more than more expensive cameras. Maybe I'm a ***** for night shots
