ok ,i have a 91 civic si , I'm doing a b16 sawp with a Pwo ecu,I have put in the motor hook up all the wire and i start the motor and i'm getting code 3,7,21 . Is there any other wire i have to cut or move around Thank

the code 7 is ur tps (throttle position sensor) u need to setnit at .5 volts with a multimeter. ill try to find out the other i gust know code7 because i had the same problem on my b16

 

3 is a problem with your vacuum line connections and 21 for a vtec obd1 ecu is for vtec solenoid but not sure if its the same for your ecu
