ok so.. I have a 94 rs and im getting a 98 b18c1 swap i will be using the ls tranny on it however i am concerned with the new engine being obd2 and my car being obd1 as far as ive read the obd1 would be the ECU of choice, since the engine doesnt come with an ecu it would also be easier just to connect the obd1 to my stock harness. I was wondering if there are any difference between the obd1 b18c1 and the obd2 b18c1 engines, and if i will have to mod anything to put this engine in my car (other than wiring for vtec), i thought i read something about butterflies that wont work with obd1. the various searches ive dont have mad me real confused
please clear me up.
