will siR shaft work with hydro?
So say its going in a 5g hatch, you have to change the tranny seal, and then use the appropriate axle combo......?
Say 88 hybrid teg axle on passenger and 90-93 driver side

No need for a hybrid axle. You can use the 90-93, 94-01 Integra's, or 99-00 Civic Si passenger side axle.

Ok it's the driver's side that needs to be the hybrid axle then. The driver's side axle is the one that goes into the intermediate shaft, so the Y1 being the oddball shaft would make the 90-93 Integra axle not fit. You can still use the passenger side axles that I mentioned, the driver's side would need to be the hybrid axle.
Due to the need for a hybrid axle, it would be easier just to get a 90-93 or 94-01 Integra intermediate shaft and the proper stock axle combo.

Thats what i did, but i am trying ot get a few bucks for the y1 shaft, which is hard because nobody feels like dealing with the hybrid axle (which is the same thing i did).
