If you remove your bumper support, I hope you don't get into an accident.
That's probobly the dumbest thing you can do, add a stupid front bumper but risk your life and your passangers.
I think it should be possible to put on the front bumper and also keep your bumper support.

I put one of those knock off Buddy club bumpers on my friends 96 Civic hatch about 4 years ago, and I just had to trim the edges of the bumper support, because the bumper cover doesn't fit around them. Took a little while, but it worked.

Well they are taking a big risk, or maybe they bought some amazing JDM FMIC and it won't break in a car accident

IMO its really not gonna help out that much in any accident over 10-15 mph. </TD></TR></TABLE>
It's structural integrity of the car. You can't just start taking important pieces off of your car just because you want to add a customized bumper on. The bumper support was put on for a purpose. Regardless if it's mph or mph, it's stupid to start taking off parts on your car that were put on there initially for safety purposes.

It depends on what car you're putting it on. On my old EG I removed my bumper support so that I could fit the BC front on it. Otherwise it just didn't fit. I did however, have a Black Widow kit that fit over the bumper support just fine. Weird.

I don't take out my bumper support to fit my FMIC.

I didn't cut my bumper to put on my FMIC. But with something like the Greddy type 24 I don't think you have a choice. BTW, I wouldn't hesitate to take off the bumper in order to fit a large FMIC.
