Stripped Wheel Studs
I took off my rims for the winter and put my steelies back on. i screwed somethin up somehow cuz when i was putting my 3rd wheel on, two of the stock lug nuts i had must have been stripped and completely destroyed two of my studs.. it was cold and my patience was runnin thin so i just got my air gun and made sure they were on there tight (not too tight)... i kno im gonna need to replace them when i put my rims on for the spring again... are putting new wheel studs on a difficult process or is it somethin that i could do easily? not tryin to screw anything up again..

that' pretty easy to do. first remove the rotor, provided that you remove the two screw that's holding the rotor. next use a hammer and knock the studs out of the wheel spindle(VERY easy to do 15 mins max). now if this was the front rotor, that wouldn't be too hard (almost too easy in my opinion) PM me if have any questions about removing the front wheel studs.

you can press it in or bang them in. just remove the wheel spindle out. that will gave you access to the back of the spindle to bang the studs in. or if you want to do it all professional and make it pretty. Sears sells a kit(sells for $40 I think?) for you to press the studs in just like how the pros do it. either way will do the same job with same results.
