I have a 97 Civic DX. I recently just bought a Mugen style 4-1 header, and a obx hi flow cat. I took it to the muffler shop, and they were giving me crap about how it's not a real cat and that I need one in order to pass emmissions. More than likly I do need a new cat, but is it still legal for me to run the race header and hi flow cat, and what should I be expecting to feel and hear from it? Thanks.
