i am goin to change my teg from auto to manual and i was wonderin if anyone had any sugesstions, and i am also goin to either build my ls motor or do ls/vtec any suggestions on that would be greatly appricated also

Luckily, the 90-93 Integra is a Cable tranny model, this makes the swap a bit more painless. You will need the hanging pedal assembly, a Cable tranny, Flywheel, clutch, Tranny mounts and all the other misc. parts including linkage and stuff.

 

do you know what this setup would cost me or anyone that is sellin it. And do you have any opinion on the motor set pro/cons of ls/vtec or would it jsut be worth it to build the ls?
