If you are refering to the 'Main Relay', do a search. There have got to be lots of posts about it and where it is located on your model.

 

isnt the starter solenoid on the starter itself? correct me if im wrong

 

Yep, I guess the solenoid is the only "relay". I just realized that after searching through some other forums. I remember my old '79 Civic had a secondary starter relay under the dash, but I guess things have changed after 19 years
