how do i do this? the lights that light up my license plate fell out of the socket..i have no idea how. i have an urge to put them back in.

 

i should be able to reach that light by sticking ur finger inside to pull the wires...if not its a long process to take the bumper off.
start by taking the plastic panels off in the trunk. Then take off the taillights. then there is that metal piece between the lights and the bumper that u need to take out. there should be like 6 bolts for that. then finally u take the bumper off by taking a flat head screw driver and unscrewing the plastic screws

 

There's no need to take out the tail lights. There are 2 screws facing upwards at the edge of the bumper in the fenderwell. Remove the license plate and license plate lights. Remove the 2 10mm bolts on the bottom of the bumper under the license plate. Remove the 4 nuts in the trunk wall that secure the bumper to the chasis. Get a friend to help you take off the bumper by wiggling it backwards.
