Default spoon sports for itr

do u know if spoon sports 4-2-1 headers high flow test pipe cat with the b-pipe and n1 rear axle muffler is good for my itr?thanks.

It depends on what you mean by good. Those are high-quality parts and (other than the test pipe) lots of people here have one or both of them on their R. I have the Spoon header and have been very happy with it.

i mean is the set up good for more exhaust flow?and does it have a good sound to it cause it says it lets the vtec scream? thanks.

Nah, Spoon set the exhaust up so it was more restrictive and emissions/noise friendly.

Keep retooling your question, you're getting closer to a legit one.
