what are the stock 1/4 mile times for a 97 prelude with around 90k miles?

16.336 is a 5th gen w/ 85k

really low 16s i thought they were much faster? cuz my friend just got a 5 speed and i was wonderin who would come out on top between my 00si and his 97 prelude.

mileage on car shouldn't affect the time that dramatically. remember.. stock 5spd 5hth gens do 15.0 so a loss of 1.3-4 sec due to 90k seems unreasonable.

90k would not raise a stock 1/4 of 15.0 to 16.336. If so then your si will be running 16's too Chad. If my 97 prelude runs a 16.36 then my 13 second integra must have ran a 15.382792928763, because of the 40k itr engine. Silly logic.

I believe a study was done where a guy dynoed his car when it was brand new, and then dynoed it again at 80k miles and the horsepower drop was a minimal 4whp. Definately not enough horsepower loss to drop a 15.0 1/4 prelude to 16.43.
