ALIGNMENT SPECS FOR A LOWERED ACCORD??
Does Anyone have any knowledge about what my 95 Accord alignment should be?? It has 17 inch rims and Nuespeed Sport lowering springs. Im basically looking for the best setup for normal everyday driving, and hopefully get my tires to last atleast 20k.
I realize this topic is over a decade old and the original question was never answered, but it seemed to be the best existing topic to tag on to.
What are the recommended (yes, very subjective) alignment specs when using the Nuespeed Sport springs (1.75" drop-ish) on a '95 LX wagon or even a coupe/sedan? I'm not that familiar with the 2x wishbone setup and adjustment yet, but I'm learning, so please bear with me. I previously owned an '85 Celica GT-S with Ground Control Coilovers and Tokico Blues and the ride was very harsh, so I don't want to go that firm. I'd probably go with Koni Sport/Yellow struts, but the alignment is what I'm wondering about at this point. This is a daily driver so no wicked camber for me, but I do like a great handling ride, so upgrading the shocks and springs at the cost of some additional ride harshness is an acceptable compromise for me.. Wheels and tires will be upgraded eventually, but nothing too crazy, most likely 17s and 50 series tires.
I see on Nuespeed's 'site they offer adjustable rear UCAs-- are they necessary when using the NS Sport springs? How about front UCAs? Will the stock UCAs work with the NS Sport springs?

Well, ya didn't specify what kind of driving you would be doing.
If you simply lowered the car, and want to maintain optimal tire wear, then go with the stock settings.
Yes you will either need to have adjustable upper control arms or balljoints to maintain the stock geometry.
Or you could bother yourself and look through the Accord FAQ at the top of the page and see what is recommended...
