What bulbs go in the Interior of 97 integras?

What bulbs go in the Interior of 97 integras?
The stock bulb on the inside ceiling of integra is too dark, I want to buy some super white bulbs for it, but dont know what kind to get...Can anyone tell me?
My friends have blue/red/purple..etc bulbs in their car...it looks ghey IMO.
Can I also buy super white bulbs for the clear bumper corner lenses?
If so, which one?
