Default one blink on PM6 ECU trouble code LED = O2 sensor?

I pulled my carpet and checked out my ECU and found it was blinking once steadily, kinda like the "security" led on an OEM Honda radio, and apparently this indicates a problem with the O2 sensor.

I reset it by pulling both the ECU and Hazard fuse under the hood, and it didn't come back.

I know that sometimes in the past my check engine light has come on when the car is fully warmed up and the engine is coasting down from a higher rpm under light or no load.

Chilton's says if the ECU code/check engine light doesn't come back after resetting it, it could just be a bad connection issue. I did extend the O2 wire b/c I have a header - could this be it?

if an O2 sensor is old and "lazy" it will trigger the code once in a while...
mine does it on the average of couple of months or so. replace your sensor if you can, as it is most likely making your car run rich.

Yup, 02 sensor. Can also make your idle a bit rough if yours has gone bad.

I've used these in 3 car's that I've owned which use single wire O2's. They are cheap and I never had any trouble with them, still using one 3 years and counting.
