Is the cat on a itr any different then on a GSR my friend just gave me his...

yeah.. higher flowing yet aftermarket are still better flowing, such as carsound. you can find lots of information through searching arvhives on carsound.

not sure on fitament.. ITR is freer flowing(just a tad), and probably slightly larger..

The ITR cat is the same as on a GS, LS, and RS. The GSR has a shorter header and longer cat with 2 02 bungs in the cat.
