photoshop is a program (adobe photoshop)

if you're looking for a good graphic editor try that, or paint.

 

Photoshop is a great program and easy to learn the basics, I wouldnt try starting with a different program then moving up. There are a ton of different tutorials online to help you out starting, just get the newest Adobe photoshop that is out there, i think its 7.
