I didn't find any post here about any 1.5 boosting. Many have done it on there 5th gens, but anyone with their 4th gen 1.5 boosted. I'm not really sure of the difference between the 4th gen 1.5 and the 5th gen 1.5 motors.

I might get a 88 DX in 2 days and have a GReddy SOHC kit laying around. 4psi gonna kill it? No IC or BOV.....not needed. I don't care about the motor really, but I also don't want to blow it up, just looking for fun.

I assume the rods are too weak and the DPFI are problems? Just that 4psi doesn't seen like too much. Or will it be?

You got it, you have to do a DPFI to MPFI concersion, bigger fuel pump..........and 4psi would prob be ok for awhile. The D15B rods are like twigs, easily broken when taken past what they are designed for.................

No BOV? Won't that kill the life on your turbo?
