Heads are the same cast, higher compression from 2nd gen pistons. get what is cheapest. Don't be affraid to travel a litlle, I got my Gsr head complete with everything , dist. IM, TB, nology wires, complete engine harness and a clean valve cover to boot!. - for 600 and all I had to do was drive 45 mins. into Jersey....Honda-Tech rules!

if you look around it can be below 500 for a complete setup

i got my gsr head which was complete from dan phan at rcrewracing.com for under 600

call around to importers to see if they have any b16 heads, or a get a complete swap for cheap and sell off the bottom end

anywhere from 450-600, depending on what it comes with . i've sold 1st gen heads with no dizzy or manifold/throttle bodies for $475-500. just depends on demand and what part of the country you're in.
