Default Black w/ red stitching ITR recaros

i've come across a set of these and was wondering how i tell they're real? what makes me ask is that these seats are indeed in good condition, but he's only asking $700 for the set, i expected to pay alot more for them. also what i don't know is where they come from. i would have to think that they're recaros from a UK ITR but i'm not quite sure. shouldn't these seats say recaro on the head rest? anyone have pictures of them at all? i have seen quite a few pics while browsing through threads awhile back but the topics don't match up with what i search for.

where and what should the seat tags say? thanks for your help ahead of time

LOL. My head is spinning also.

What makes you think they are from the UK? JDM ITR Recaros have red stitching, btw.

Maybe you need to ask the seller for more info, for pics, etc. It's hard to give answers when we aren't sure what exactly you are looking for.

jdm black recaro's should have red stitching and the word 'recaro' should be in small red print under the head rest. The USDM recaros are the same, but they have the word 'recaro' in white and it is above the headrest.
If it does not have the word 'recaro' on it then they are imitations that you can get off of ebay for about 300-500 a pair.

sorry for all of the bunched up questions guys
i was basically asking how to tell the fake from real black recaros with red stiching. cryptik pretty much answered though.

i knew most of the ITR recaros actually said recaro underneath the headrest, but wasn't sure if the black/red stich ones did or not

They have the same material as the usdm itr seats. That should be the dead giveaway. Should say Recaro in small letters under the harness holes. Fake ones say Recaro in big *** letters on the head rest.

There should be no tag on it.
