Default 1st gen crx wheelbase too short for nhra?

my wheelbase is 86.60" and nhra requires 90" wheelbase unless you have original motor in original position. is there a rule against moving the rear axle back and front axle forward to hit 90"? do they check this rule?

I think the rule is chassis car's not unibody, but you can email nhra to find out. Jim Skelly "oldguy" routinely looks at these forums so he might even answer this
