i know DC makes one for the type r, do they make a 4-1 JDM header for a the 99-99 gSR

 

Since you'll need a custom cat. setup anyway, the length difference won't be an issue.

 

yeh i think it might b/c im runnin a civic cat back exhaust and the type r header might make the cat only about 11 inches, and ive yet to see on that short, is there JDM gsr header by dc sport or no??

thats the header i will be going with on my gsr, then you will need a 2.5" cat (carsound is good). Is your exhaust 2.5"?

DC Sports only offers one JDM-style header, and basically every off-the-shelf manufacturer's JDM header is the same length (except Comptech's race header). If cat. length is a problem, modifying the B-pipe is simple, and is actually desirable if you don't intend to run a 2.5" exhaust.

 

yes the jdm 4-1 will fit your car and yes its 2.5

 

ok here my set up guys 96 civic coupe, w/ b18c5......soon to be installed dc sport integra type r JDM w/ 2.5in collector, civic apex WS cat back and now i need a custom cat. my consern is that the type r header is long so im afraid the distance between the header and the exhaust will be to small for a cat.
