Woo hoo! Ordered Petit LeMans tix!!
Just ordered 'em. Only available online through 5pm ET today. Plus, if you get tickets ($45 for Sat. + paddock), you get free tickets to see SPEEDVISION GT and Touring Car racing on Sunday. 
Should be a good time.

Your going to have a blast.......I went last year. Watching the ITR's coming down the S curves is so sweeeeeeeeeet! I am still thinking about going.
OH, You want to know the best part........You get to see 2 Touring Races and 2 GT races........Why? Because the other race was cancelled that was suppost to be at Lowes Motorspeedway.
I just read that on the Speedvison website under Worldchallenge.

Going with some non-h-t buddies. Couple of Mustang guys, honestly 
But they're all about road racing, so they're ok One of them auto-x's with thscc (hornyak).

I should be there....a friend of mine works for a local magazine here in ATL who is a sponsor of the race so
Ive got free tix...BUT, there is a track day at AMS that sunday thru World Carz....hmmm, I think Ill go to
the race though, I dont have money for the track day.

I don't know of any hotels out there and it seems silly for you guys to come further south (Atlanta 'burbs). Where's Pat staying? I guess the best thing to do is to check out http://www.roadatlanta.com and check out the places that they recommend. If they are sold out, let me know... I'll look into some hotels closer to the 'burbs.

A mini ITR meet would be cool....but we should all meet up there and put our cars together...coolers, chairs etc etc
and chill together and watch the races...sounds like a fun time...Guess ill make a bunch of sandwiches and bring some chips
and all.....
As the time gets closer to the race lets figure out a time to meet on Saturday.

On 2nd thought, we may ride down the Accord. Neutral is good

I know, I know...its only about an 1.5 hour drive for me. I saw the REALTIME gys run there 2 years ago..or was it 3 yrs ago? It was when Galati was still in the ITR. It was a blast.
Got to walk thru the pits and all that and take pics, talk to all the drivers and techs....very cool.
Yes Sean, you can park right along the track anywhere you wish...its pretty cool...we stayed around turn 10-11..right by
the bridge before it starts coming down hill and to the start finish line.

Alright guys...it's just a week away and Mr. Procrastination has yet to book a room! To the ATL guys...can you help me out with some locations you'd recommend? I'd preferably like to stay within 20 miles of the track. Thanks in advance for the help and we'll see you boys next weekend!
BTW, what's the plan...did you guys want to try and meet up Saturday morning before the race(s) or after?

Thats the page off the road atl site that list local hotels. If those are booked up I would say to call Road Atl and have
them recommend others...Im not from that area of Georgia so I dont know whats up there...sorry.
