Default Apexi GT Spec Header & Exhaust

Does anyone know how these are? Is it worth it? How much power does it make? Is it really loud? I'm running a B18C5 in a LS.

I have the USDM GT manifold, i would get another header, it dosent live up to the price. Also, the GT spec exhaust is just any other 60mm exhaust

I would recommend the JDM GT Spec 4-2-1 header. The spec (dimensions, layout) is similar to a lot of other jdm headers out there...such as Toda and Mugen Gymkhana.

If you have a B18Cr, you should look into a JDM type header and 2.5" exhaust.
(4-2-1 for mid range gains or 4-1 for top end gains.)

Your traditional headers:

JDM Honda
TODA
SMSP
HyTech
T1R
TypeOne
JDM DC Sports
Spoon
Mugen
etc...

Your traditional exhausts:

SMSP
HyTech
T1R
BuddyClub
Mugen
Spoon (rear section)
Apex-i N1 (2.25")
Kakimoto
etc...

That GT Spec 4-2-1 looks like a nice piece.

i looked up the dimensions of the JDM Apex'i GT spec header for ITRs. And it looksl like the primaries are smaller than the JDM type R header. The dimensions are 42.7mm-50.8mm-54mm.

I was about to buy it, then i saw other headers in it's price range that looked like they would perform better
