Default Tensioner help

how do you losen the tensioner on a h22 JDM

pull the tensioner out of the car if you havnt already... locate the brass piece that fits over the tensioner. Remove the bolt out of the bottom, turn the small straight-slot screw on the inside, compress with hand. Place the brass holder over the compresses tensioner. Turn the screw back the other way till it is tight again, reinstall the bolt, then reinstall the tensioner. Lastly, pull the brass holder straight off.

I tried to do this without the brass "C" chaped holder... wont work without it.
