Default Door Swap Compatibility *english please* searched

I search for this and there are just so many answers that people are saying I couldnt get anything straight.

The car: 1989 Crx Si
Part Needed: Driver and Pass Door

This is a canadian crx
I need both doors and need to know what will be a straight swap and what will use BOTH the same glass and interior panel for my car. I want to buy the doors with just that and save my glass and interior from these rusted doors. Need a direct swap and need a list of models and years I can take to the local yards, dont give a **** about this support middle beam Ive read about as long as they still swap.

Thanks

The canadian doors all had piller mount right?(belts not on the door)
Any CRX door off any model as long as the belts are in the same location will bolt right on.

im not positive with canadian crx's but with usdm 88-89 fit and 90-91 fit.....so if all years of canadian were piller mount then i would asume all years would fit unless they had the other differences the usdm did.....88-89 had a small window sash and a 90-91 had a much bigger one....

Your local yard should be able to tell you. They should have an interchange database in their computer (or book) that tells what interchanges with what.

Another plus to getting the yard to say it fits is if it doesn't it's their fault.

FYI: So far as you not caring about the middle support beam (side beam?) .... It's there for a reason.

PS: If you plan on being buried in the car then don't worry about side beams and such. I would assume in Canada you have SUV's and big cars up there? Those side beams aren't much, but they do help.

You also need to check the chassis for rust. If the doors are rusted out the chassis itself could be also. If so and you get hit it's going to fold up like a beer can with you inside it. May be safer (and smarter) to JUNK the car.
