I'm fixing one for someone, they say it has been stalling lately and getting less than normal gas milage. No CEL. I was thinking plugs, cap & rotor, and setting the timming. What else could be at fault?

Also the blower motor has been cutting out, now it stopped working completely. I'm thinking a faulty connection or a switch.

 

Any suggestions? I need to finish it all in 3-4hrs. so if you have had any experience w/ similar problems please post where you found problems so I know where to start.
