I dont want CF fenders, I like how it look but fitment is a big issue to me.
I'll go with the oem fender only, best fitment ever!

Agreed... I could deal w/ an unpainted CF hood (but the painted one posted yesterday looked awesome!
), but an unpainted CF trunk looks dumb, and unpainted fenders look even worse!

CF fenders can only look good if you incorporate some kind of unpainted design onto it.
For instance hte car being orange, the design being unpainted = showing the CF
But for that to work out ... you would probably need Cf doors for an efficient design.

Do you realize how light fenders are? The trunk lid is usually pretty light too. If one is serious about weight reduction, money can be better spent on a lighter battery, lexan, aftermarket headers/exhausts, and old-fashioned gutting. If you haven't done anything of this, you just want CF for some bling.
I think it's acceptable to get CF parts if your stock metal part was damaged and CF was the cheaper option to replace it. Then again, I'd still paint it.

I do not have CF fenders, no. You might want to PM a guy named JustJeff or some sn like that here. He has CF "JDM style" fenders.

the problem i have is he says it cost too much to paint the fenders....yet he can buy 1500 dollar doors thats serve no real purpose then another 400 on some fenders which again serve no purpose.....if you can buy 1900 dollars worth of stuff that is like that why cant you paint a set of fenders for around 150 bucks?

Heh... the irony of all CF fenders out there that are made right now... they're all metal construction with CF weave on them. So really no difference from buying stock-replacement metal fenders, unless you want the look of CF all over your car (hood, lip, mirrors, and duckbill wings look OK to me in CF.... fenders, bumpers, valve covers look like *** to me) but everyone has their own opinions and money to waste.

this **** is hilarious.. lmao.. $500 for some ugly mismatching **** when you could do head work or a hell of a lot of suspension work.. oh well.. its your money to burn or spend wisely.. i myself like upgrades, and carbon fiber is in no way at all an upgrade.. i know someone is gonna say "yes it is, you shave 6 lbs off your hood!" but i dont see how lightening up a street car is an upgrade unless you're a ****** street racer or you wanna save like 1 mile per gallon... if that..
id much rather spend $500 on HID if i wasnt gonna upgrade my engine, suspension, or interior.. but i surely wouldnt downgrade the outter appearance.
