Who owns the modified 97 ITR w/JDM headlights and MR2 vents?

Someone brought my attention to this particular ITR for sale in San Diego, and I remember that someone posted a pic of it. It might have belonged to a San Diego car club (DOS or 935 comes to mind, but I can be wrong). I would like more details about this particular car. IIRC, it may have had some kind of double decker wing.

looks okay b/c it's clean body work to an extent. Winglwess would make it look alot cleaner and a different color would as well.
