3m automotive double sided tape will do the job fine.
if you wanna get more creative, make your own bracket.
this should not cost you more than $5.
just out of a curiosity, why would you wanna do this?
how are you gonna change radio stations? or change CD's??
wouldn't you rather mount whatever you're tryin to mount somewhere else and leave the CD deck where it's suppose to be?
